Hosts Kara Ford and Kendall Vander Veen go to the 2nd Annual Youth and Elder Conference to discover some Aboriginal traditions and customs. They exchange tobacco ties with people, young and old to gain insight about the Aboriginal culture and to complete the journey of exploring all the continents of the world.
