Conestoga Connected

Conestoga Connected is a half-hour lifestyle show that airs on Rogers TV produced Conestoga College’s Television and Independent Production second-year students.

It’s an entertaining and informative program that connects Waterloo Region residents to its people and community. Our producers bring stories covering everything from local breweries and cafes to Conestoga programs and athletes to give viewers a peek at life in and around the Tri-City area.

In the final show of Sections 1 and 2, our crew meets a varsity volleyball player and learn about the technology used by a search and rescue team. Our hosts also compete to find the best ‘early 2000s’ thrift outfit and learn about the haunted history of the Homer Watson Gallery. In the second half of the show, we check out Conestoga’s esthetician program, a local cafe, a bouldering gym, and meet a local construction worker. In Brews & Tunes, we have an interview with polka legend Walter Ostanek at Four Fathers Brewery. You don’t want to miss it!
