This week we take a look at parkour, the training discipline that utilizes movement to efficiently get from point A to B. The Waterloo Parkour Club welcomed our guests Anner Gonzalia and David Rivera at the Cambridge Kips Gymnastics Club. Though Anner and David are physically active in their daily lives they each jumped at the opportunity to try out parkour and put their muscles to the ultimate test. Learning to land, run and flip efficiently were all part of the training session. Justin Stone, a long time member of Waterloo Parkour also highlights the mental aspect involved in the parkour lifestyle.
