On the second installment of Know the Pro, our hosts Terry Arnold and Jordan Von Holstein-Rathlou flex their muscles and jump on the mat with the 69 kilo national champion Ty Bridgwater. Ty is a grade eleven student currently attending Jacob Hespler High School in Cambridge, Ontario. In this week’s challenge, Terry will have to last one minute on the mat without being pinned.
